Welcome to the Singles Dance & Social Club!
The Singles Dance & Social Club, which Singles and Single Couples can enjoy a night of Dancing and Meeting New People, who will eventually become your good Friends. The Purpose of the Singles Dance & Social Club is to organise social events and activities for single men and women who are 30 years of age and older. We always welcome new singles to our Club. As long as you are Single, Separated, Divorced, Widowed or a Single Couple and over 30 years of age or older, you may attend any of our functions. Meanwhile, the majority of our attendees are over 40 – 50 Years Old. You do not need to be a member of our Club to come to any of our events, although there are many benefits if you were to become a member. This is a great Club with wonderful people who come out to enjoy an evening with Friends. Many long term Friendships have been made though our Club. Don’t be Shy, come out to one of our Dances or other Events, have a Great Time and Meet New Friends. ( Friends can be Strangers that you have not met yet )

OUR CLUB’S NEW DRESS CODE
Dress at any event other than at a designated Theme Dance shall be Proper Dress.
The Club has recently Voted 100% Favour to change the involving the Dress Code for our Dances to include Jeans. Jeans in good condition with no holes, rips, or tears will now be permitted at any of our dances – with the Exception of a Dinner & Dance, whereby Jeans will not be allowed.
However, the following clothing will not be acceptable and entry to our dance will be prohibited.
– Muscle Shirts for Men
– Shorts for Men & Women
– Sweats or Sleeveless Shirts for Men & Sweats for Women.
These items of Clothing will not be acceptable at any Dance sponsored by the 30 Plus Singles Club o/a Singles Dance & Social Club with no exception.
Membership Renewal Dues – are Payable April 1st. Annually
You don’t have to be Member to attend any of our Events, however, Members do receive reduced admission at our functions and can often avail of a Free Dinner & Dance on certain occasions. To apply for membership, please complete the Membership Application found on this website and give to one of our Executive Members or bring to any of our functions. We are always pleased to welcome New Members.
Membership Fees – $50.00 annually.
Dances
We have 2 dances each month at the Knights of Columbus, 49 St. Clare Avenue, St. John’s
Dinners
We have a few Dinner & Dances throughout the year, in particular on Special Occasions. Often Members can avail of a FREE Dinner & Dance.
Bowling – Every SUNDAY at 3:00pm at St. Pat’s Bowling Lanes, 45 Blackmarsh Road. Cost $11.00 + $2.00 for Shoe Rental. Arrive 15 minutes early.
Games Night – Cards every Monday at the St. Pat’s Bowling Lanes, 45 Blackmarsh Road – starting at 7:30pm. Cost $3.00. Arrive 15 Minutes early.
Other Activities
During the summer we have Beach Parties at Topsail Beach – further details to be updated as the season approaches. We also make a trip to Bell Island for Fish & Chips and a Dance. Details to follow as the season approaches. Lots of Fun to be had by everyone.
